          Description/Résumé
The aim of the PhD is to develop dynamical mathematical models that can predict the effect of different cancer immunotherapies on the cancer-immune system with the help of machine learning and probability theory. This project expands on previous research conducted in the field of mathematical immunology and is the natural continuation of an internship co-supervised between Sorbonne Université and Institut Roche. The two main mathematical domains involved in the PhD proposal are the statistical aspects of large dimensional interaction spaces on one side and the study of dynamic populations on the other side.
