We are looking for a postdoctoral researcher in data visualization and human–computer interaction to contribute to the ANR DigitWine project, which is developing a digital twin to guide wine fermentation in real-time.
The project combines interactive visualization, dynamic modeling, and multi-objective optimisation to reduce operators’ cognitive load and support sustainable winemaking in complex, evolving environments.
