Chaire Professeur(e) Junior expected to be opened

An INRAE/University of Paris-Saclay Junior Professorship (CPJ) is expected to be opened at INRAE in spring 2023 in the UMR MIA Paris-Saclay.

Through this recruitment, UMR MIA Paris-Saclay wishes to strengthen its methodological skills in probabilistic modeling and process estimation for applications in life sciences, more particularly in agroecology and biodiversity issues. The person recruited will benefit from the exceptional scientific environment of the Saclay-Palaiseau plateau.

These chairs are intended for scientists with a PhD who have already demonstrated their ability to produce excellent research. It is a contract that offers the opportunity, after a three-year pre-tenure period and an evaluation, to become a full member of the research director corps (DR2). This contract comes with financial means to develop the research project. To apply, you will be asked to present a description of your scientific background, a scientific project related to the proposed position, your previous teaching experience and the teaching project you would like to develop in connection with the Chair.
